As part of BoConcept Japan’s recruitment campaign, I designed social media advertisements aligned with the brand's tone and manner, as well as a webpage tailored to attract top talent.

Collaborating with a social media manager, I iteratively refined the creatives to optimize performance, resulting in improved conversion rates. This hands-on project honed my skills in data-driven design, ensuring every visual and user experience element supported the campaign’s objectives.
